The Position
Western Sydney University – The College is seeking an outstanding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strong leadership of the College which is an integral part of the University and the communities it serves. The CEO will be responsible for further developing The College as a commercially sustainable enterprise continuing to provide high quality educational pathways to Western Sydney University.
The CEO will be responsible for the academic leadership and management of The College and the provision of its products, services and delivery modes. Seeking opportunities for innovation, navigating complex funding environments and responding to evolving market needs and opportunities will be key requirements of this role. Further, the role will represent The College in the broader community by developing, promoting and maintaining links with industry, government and professional bodies.
The CEO will be motivated to make a difference with a positive impact; contributing to the successful growth, shaping and strengthening of the business. You will be able to work with the Board to realise and deliver on the strategic goals, lead the organisation and demonstrate the ability to form strong collaborations.  With proven success in a large and complex learning environment, you will be somewhat of a hands-on, self-motivated and resilient individual who demonstrates commercial nous and bottom-line accountability.
