The Position
Premier Disability Care Services are seeking to appoint a hands-on and entrepreneurial leader as their inaugural Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is an exciting opportunity for the CEO to lead the organisation from a founder led business through a new phase of growth, development and transformation.
Reporting into the board and leading a small team, the CEO will have oversight of operations, finance, business development, strategy and quality and safety. They will be eager to drive expansion through capitalising on current partnerships whilst identifying and executing on future market opportunities. The CEO will play a vital part in the organisation’s transformation journey over the coming years. As a proactive change agent, the CEO will have a focus on business improvement, through a future and performance lens.
To be successful in the role, the CEO will be an authentic and values-based leader with proven senior executive experience ideally within health or human care services. With a track record of leading strategic and operational excellence, the CEO will foster a culture of collaboration, building on stakeholder relationships and thinking outside of the box to create innovative models of care. As a natural relationship builder, the CEO will have a key interest in quality, safety, wellbeing and people. In addition, they will have the ability to manage the overall corporate services and financial performance of the business.
