The Position
Multiple Sclerosis Limited is seeking to appoint an outstanding CEO to drive excellence in service delivery and lead the organisation through the next stage of significant transformation and growth.
The Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead a high calibre team to guide the organisation to adapt and respond to the changing landscape in the provision of health services whilst delivering on the strategic plan. Ensuring a commercial approach and further strengthening relationships with government, health, community and corporate agencies is central to this position. The CEO will represent and advocate for the interests of people with multiple sclerosis and their carers and will focus on developing funding partnerships and programs which are in alignment with the organisations vision, mission and values.
The ideal candidate will be a values based and experienced leader with a proven ability in shaping a consumer orientated organisation, guiding culture change, strategic planning, advocacy, driving innovation and influencing key initiatives with a diverse range of stakeholders. Equipped with highly developed emotional, analytical and presentation skills, the appointee will possess energy and enthusiasm. Commercial and financial management experience are essential along with excellent communication skills and the appropriate tertiary qualifications.
