The Position
DPV Health is currently seeking to appoint a contemporary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead the delivery of best-practice, high quality health services to support this vibrant and growing community.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will be responsible for continuing to integrate the operations of the two merged organisations and drive a program of cultural development and change.  The CEO will engage with all relevant stakeholders to identify and leverage alternative funding opportunities, with a focus on delivering outstanding client-centred care and services to the community.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a contemporary leadership style, combined with commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. Equipped with strong financial management and strategic business planning capabilities, the appointee will demonstrate a thorough understanding of delivering high quality service transformation models and the ability to develop new business development initiatives. It is critical that the successful candidate operates to support the DPV Health values and as such will demonstrate high levels of integrity, humility, reliability, consistency and openness.

DPV Health is a not-for-profit organisation that offers exceptional health care services to people of all ages. DPV Health was created in March 2018 as a result of the merger of Plenty Valley Community Health and Dianella Health.
DPV Health services the communities within the Cities of Hume and Whittlesea, delivering a broad range of health and community services in 16 locations across Melbourne’s northern and bordering suburbs.  DPV Health provides services to support the ageing, NDIS and disability, dental, medical, health and wellbeing
