The position
The Board of Directors at Neami seek to appoint an innovative and contemporary leader to the position of Group Chief Executive Officer following the incumbent, Mr Arthur Papakotsias’s, 27 years of distinguished and exemplary service to the organisation.
The Group CEO will lead a dynamic team to guide the organisation to adapt and respond to the changing landscape in mental health service provision whilst ensuring that Neami fulfil its vision, mission and strategic directions. Overseeing the design and implementation of a progressive business plan to secure an ambitious and sustainable future, the CEO will drive strategic change and the delivery of services of the highest quality.
With a record of achievement as a senior Executive preferably in the healthcare services sector, ideally in the mental health space, the appointee will have the proven ability in driving innovation, shaping consumer orientated programs, and guiding positive organisational culture change, strategic planning and advocacy. Equipped with highly developed emotional, conceptual, analytical and presentation skills, the successful candidate will be highly skilled in dealing with complex and sensitive matters and will possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional financial management skills and a clear understanding of risk. Relevant tertiary qualifications required.
