Reporting to a Board, the CEO role is a unique opportunity for an accomplished C- level leader to deliver on a clear strategic plan and to continue to increase productivity and grow the business. Strong values, governance and community engagement are at the core of the organisation’s mission.
The successful candidate will have a track record in operational and commercial excellence and be able to exceed benchmarks to ensure the organisation maintains its industry leadership. You will be energised to make the most of the commercial opportunities ahead and the ability to build beneficial and trusting community and industry alliances.
With the ability to positively lead and motivate the executive team and staff, you will possess superior interpersonal and communication, advocacy and collaboration skills. Governance experience with the experience to work constructively with a Board is essential. Service sector background (public/private) is highly desirable.
