Based in Sydney, the CEO will lead the organisation in this era of change to ensure excellence in programming for children and communities in the Asia Pacific region and beyond. Promoting ChildFund’s brand and reputation with relevant stakeholders, the incumbent will seek to develop new collaborations with other NGOs, donors, research bodies, local and international agencies as it leads advocacy around childrens’ issues.  In close partnership with the Board, the CEO will drive a positive, value based culture, ensure alignment to the mission, as well as design and implement a new strategic plan in order to diversify revenue and enable growth and sustainability.
You will be an inspirational, visible and courageous leader, committed to creating a high-performance culture in diverse cultural contexts.
