The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) seeks to appoint a dynamic and contemporary Chief Executive Officer to lead, manage and build the organisation’s capability and capacity to drive the strategic direction, vision and growth of the organisation. Reporting to the Board and with a charter to celebrate and promote agriculture, the CEO will drive commercial growth while maintaining engagement with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes for members.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a commitment to building a positive organisational culture. With strong commercial acumen you will have a track record of developing and meeting strategic, operational and budgetary objectives, coupled with the proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Presenting with excellent interpersonal skills you will have a capacity to foster sustainable partnerships and a track record of delivering outcomes involving multiple stakeholders. You will have demonstrated success in a complex environment and asset management and event management experience would be advantageous. Relevant post graduate tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
