The Position
The inclusive and evolving community organisation, annecto, is seeking to appoint a highly collaborative and innovative leader to the position of Chief Executive Officer following the incumbent Ms Estelle Fyffe’s 15 years of outstanding and distinguished service. The CEO will lead the organisation in its next phase of development contributing to its strategic direction and operational excellence.
Reporting to a highly dedicated and supportive Board, the CEO will lead a tremendously committed team in moving forward in an era of consumer-directed care and will champion a sharp focus on predicting and reshaping the organisation to meet the future needs of clients, communities, partners and government authorities. A key element of the role is to uphold the annecto values which are a prized asset of the organisation.
Equipped with experience gained within or outside the for-purpose sector, the successful candidate will have the proven ability to engage collaboratively with industry partners and other relevant stakeholders combined with fostering a highly collaborative and participatory culture. The appointee will be a strategic thinker with a contemporary leadership style, coupled with commercial acumen, superior communication, advocacy and negotiation skills.
