The Position
Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision (MRV) is seeking an outstanding leader as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to build on its success and outstanding reputation built over the last five years.
We are seeking a CEO to partner with the Chair and Board and support the development of the organisation’s strategic plan that will shape the next phase of growth. The CEO will provide a contagious passion and drive, identifying opportunities which will enhance and contribute to overall objectives, and continue raising the profile and financial investment in Bone Marrow Failure Syndrome (BMFS) research. As key spokesperson, the CEO will maintain a strong public profile and further strengthen relationships with the research community, major donors, state and federal governments, corporates and other partners.
You will be an influential leader, skilled in cultivating relationships, strategy and driving key engagement and fundraising programs, and high-profile events that accelerate BMFS research initiatives. With a confidence to positively represent MRV throughout Australia, the successful candidate will also possess commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit that facilitates partnership and growth. A practical understanding of fundraising is pivotal to this role, and knowledge of the not-for-profit, medical research or related sectors will be considered advantageous.
The Organisation
