The Position
With a history dating back more than 100 years, coupled with a reputation as a contemporary leader in high quality support services, Yooralla is seeking to appoint a collaborative leader as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), following Dr Sherene Devanesen’s seven years of outstanding service. The CEO will lead the organisation’s next phase of growth through its new strategic plan and ongoing commitment to operational excellence.
Reporting to a dedicated Board, the CEO will lead a diverse and enthusiastic team and drive a people focused culture of quality and innovation, underpinned by authenticity and integrity. In an era of consumer-directed care, the CEO will champion a focus of meeting the future needs of clients, communities, partners, and government authorities.
Ideally you will have proven CEO experience delivering high- quality human services in a complex environment; the capacity to build positive stakeholder relationships; manage financial sustainability, and aspects associated with the NDIS Scheme. Success requires a record of leadership in strategic and operational excellence achieved in an environment where quality, safety, wellbeing, and people are paramount. As a highly self-aware and empathetic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, you will continue fostering a collaborative culture, and have a reputation of integrity and consistent delivery in strong governance. Relevant tertiary and/or post graduate business qualifications are expected.
