The position
Dedicated to empowering and celebrating Victoria’s public purpose sector, IPAA is a thought leader in the evolution of the sector in a time of rapid technological, social and environmental change.
We are seeking expressions of interest from qualified individuals who have a desire to provide visionary leadership and oversight of the organisation’s future direction and business operations. Reporting to the Board, this influential opportunity will drive delivery of the Strategic Refresh Plan 2020-23.
The successful appointee will be a well-respected C-Suite leader who has lived experience in public sector and policy development with a reputation for thought leadership and influential advocacy. You will have a track record of developing high organisational performance with a commercial mindset and exceptional stakeholder & partner relationships. With the ability to lead, coach and develop people, you will demonstrate a commitment to upholding IPAA Victoria’s values.
