The Position
Andrew Kerr Care Ltd is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to make their mark on this well respected, long established community aged care complex. With a focus on delivering outstanding facilities into the future, the organisation is currently undertaking a significant program of redevelopment and refurbishment that includes the building of independent living units.
Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO will manage and coordinate a dedicated team in the delivery of high quality services to its residents, stakeholders and community. The role will support the Board to deliver on its vision to be a sustainable and community aligned facility.
The CEO will have a thorough understanding of current health policy, an ability to provide strategic direction along with strong leadership and communication skills. This role will give the successful applicant an opportunity to further their aspirations and lead a respected organisation into the next phase of its development.

Andrew Kerr Care Ltd is a not for profit, community aged care facility in Mornington, Victoria. It was established to help the aged of the Mornington Peninsula with Residential, Respite, Community Care and Day Care services.
The aim of Andrew Kerr Care is to provide appropriate residential facilities, day care services and community care irrespective of religious, financial, lifestyle or ethnic backgrounds.
