Our client seeks an outstanding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation, a large provider of employment and training services, into the next phase of its growth and development.
Reporting to the Group CEO and Board, and with direct responsibility for the overall direction and operations of the company, the CEO will foster relationships with major stakeholders including government, industry and the community.  Key to this role is a passion to make a significant contribution to the VET sector by leading a flagship and innovative organisation.
With highly developed leadership skills and strong business and financial acumen, the ideal candidate will be able to motivate and guide staff, ensuring a positive organisational culture.  Demonstrated experience in contemporary governance and a strategic mindset will be key to determining the overall vision and strategic direction of the organisation, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to maximise engagement and foster collaborative partnerships and present to a range of stakeholders.  Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and demonstrated leadership experience are essential.  Experience of vocational education and training will be highly regarded.
