With a history dating back more than 70 years, coupled with a reputation as a contemporary national leader in high quality disability support services, Scope is seeking to appoint a collaborative Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to lead the organisation’s next phase of growth.
Reporting to a dedicated Board, the CEO will lead a diverse and enthusiastic team and drive a people focused culture of quality and innovation, underpinned by authenticity and integrity. In an era of person-centred support, the CEO will continue championing a focus of meeting the future needs of customers.
With proven CEO or senior executive experience delivering high-quality human services in a complex environment, success requires a record of leadership in strategic and operational excellence achieved in organisations where quality, safety, wellbeing, and people are paramount.
As a highly self-aware and empathetic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, you will continue fostering a collaborative culture, building on positive stakeholder relationships and have a reputation for integrity and consistent delivery in an environment of strong governance.
Relevant tertiary and/or post graduate qualifications are expected.
Scope is one of Australia’s largest and most trusted disability service providers, supporting thousands of people with complex intellectual, physical, and multiple disabilities. With an established history in Victoria, Scope is expanding this mission across the nation.
Scope was founded over 70 years ago in 1948, by families who wanted better support for their children with cerebral palsy. The organisation has since led the way in working with clients, families, corporate and government organisations to remove barriers to social inclusion.
Offering a wide range of services to enable people of all ages to achieve their goals, Scope is a registered NDIS provider that has supported people to successfully transition to the NDIS since inception in 2013. Key services include Supported Independent Living, Therapy, Early Childhood Intervention, Short Term Accommodation and Day and Lifestyle Options.
