The Position

Chisholm Institute is seeking to appoint a dynamic and visionary leader to the position of Chief Executive Officer following years of outstanding and distinguished service by the incumbent, Maria Peters.
Reporting directly to the Chair and Board, the CEO will have responsibility for the leadership and management of over 1200 staff, total assets in excess of $323M and an operating revenue of over $140M across all campuses.
The CEO will play a key role in building and fostering relationships with government, industry and community stakeholders at local, state, national and international levels and ensure the provision of high quality education delivery across a range of sectors with a strong focus on outstanding student and client experience.
As the ideal candidate, you will be a proven entrepreneurial and commercially oriented senior executive with strong financial acumen and experience in, or an understanding of, the VET or Education sector. You will demonstrate the ability to achieve growth in a changing global environment, bring contemporary people and organisational management skills and an aptitude for and focus on the pragmatic implementation of strategy.
An inspirational leadership style together with exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, will see the right candidate thrive in this environment.
