Challenge community services seeks to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a newly created role to support the organisation as they reimagine their future state.
Reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and leading a finance team, The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in supporting the long-term vision, values and purpose of the organisation to enhance sustainable success. With a portfolio including accounts payable and receivable, fleet, plan management, CIMS and general banking, the CFO will bring a refreshed lens to guide future functional structuring.
The ideal candidate for the role will be a values based, collaborative and agile leader who has demonstrated experience working in a medium to large, complex not for profit or community based organisation with a high compliance regime. Ideally, bringing a track record of restructuring and re-establishing a finance team whilst promoting and fostering a transparent partnership approach across the broader organisation. Experience in strategic procurement, mergers and acquisitions, industrial relations and business partnering will be looked upon favourably.
