The Position
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role of Chief Financial Officer is newly created and assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the organisation.  The role holds a key position on the executive and leads all aspects of the finance and ICT functions, with a team of around 12, including two direct reports.  This key position engages with the Board and oversees the organisation’s finance and investment committee.
With a track record of commercial leadership, the ideal candidate will bring a customer first, sales focus, along with a whole of business and performance  mindset.  The ICT mandate for this organisation requires the appointee to bring experience in system design and  architecture.  The successful candidates will have a reputation for integrity, resilience and an engaging stakeholder manner.  Tertiary qualifications and CPA/Chartered Accountant status or equivalence are expected, with strong professional development and further formal studies well regarded.
