The Position
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team who consistently model InfoXchange values and leads all aspects of product and service delivery for the community sector. The COO is a key contributor to providing strategic direction for Infoxchange with lead accountability for delivery of the products and services strategy.
The COO will bring together the delivery of market leading products and services into an integrated team in support of Infoxchange’s social objectives, specifically to build the capability of the non-profit sector to have greater impact in their communities through the use of technology and to connect the ecosystem to better serve people experiencing disadvantage and the organisations that support them. The COO is accountable for product strategy and management, customer and partner relationship management, new business and customer acquisition, project delivery and support, and technology.
To be successful in the role, it will be integral to demonstrate a strong alignment to mission, coupled with experience leading technology-based products and services teams including development and execution of strategy in a rapidly growing, fast paced and customer driven environment. You will have showcased your expertise through a demonstrated track record of interpreting market and technology trends as a foundation for strategy and roadmap development.
