The Chief People Officer is a pivotal role accountable for leading the organisation’s people and culture strategy to deliver frameworks, programs and practices that shape culture aligned to a safety-first approach. This is an excellent opportunity to drive workplace transformation and a proactive industrial relations strategy to support the business through a major change journey.
The role leads a professional team of specialists responsible for the delivery of Organisational Development, Inclusion and Diversity, Talent Acquisition, Safety and Wellbeing and Payroll through a responsive and agile business partnership model. A key focus will be to partner with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure the function is an enabler of client/customer driven business practices that delivers business success.
You will be an accomplished People and Culture executive with a track record of delivering transformational outcomes in large scale service orientated workplaces. Extensive industrial relations, safety and wellbeing and change management experience is required, and your leadership attributes will include commercial acumen, influence, stewardship, superior stakeholder and communications skills. You will have a reputation for the highest standards of integrity as well as the ability to deliver innovative and responsive solutions.
VicRoads Registration and Licensing Services (RLS) delivers customer focused registration and licensing services providing millions of Victorians with access to the road network every year, and ensuring road safety is at the heart of everything we do. VicRoads Registration and Licensing and Custom Plates businesses have recently undergone a major corporate transformation as part of a Joint Venture partnership which is aimed at strengthening service delivery platforms, digital and online products and services, organisational culture, operating models and commercial sustainability to deliver our long-term strategy.
Our new Joint Venture partnership will ensure we provide our customers and the Victorian community with even greater access to our products and services.
