The Position:
Our client is expanding their clinical services through the creation of a new operating model for the delivery of safe and high-quality care outcomes.
The Clinical Manager will report to the Head of Clinical Care and will look after the overall operations within the new operating model catered to vulnerable communities. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operational and clinical management of service delivery through virtual platforms. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage the transition into the new operating model and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall patient care.
The Clinical Manager will coordinate comprehensive healthcare, keeping accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensure quality assurance, conduct compliance audits with healthcare regulations and implement necessary improvements.
To be considered for this role, it is mandatory that you hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare management, public health, or a related field, along with current AHPRA registration. Experience in managing clinical programs and leading a multidisciplinary team of doctors, allied health professionals, and nurses, preferably in a healthcare setting, is essential. Experience in environments such as emergency services, defence, clinical program management, health insurance, or medical assistance organisations is also highly desirable.
With strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve, the incumbent will be curious, driven and passionate about the improvement of clinical outcomes and delivery of safe and high-quality care.
