Amid strong growth and expansion within the organisation, On The Line seeks to appoint a Clinical Services Manager to assume this newly created position.
Reporting to the Head of Operations and Service Development, the Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for providing best practice clinical leadership and guidance. Embedding robust practice and clinical systems across the organisation to ensure the delivery of high quality mental health services is a key aspect of this role, as is the development and implementation of a clinical supervision model and overseeing clinical supervision. The Manager will also have a case load.
The ideal candidate will be a highly proactive and flexible leader with a professional management mindset. Possessing a background in psychology, social work or counselling, you will have a high level of knowledge of and experience in men’s social health, crisis counselling, suicide prevention, relationship counselling, child abuse and family violence issues. You will have strong clinical supervision experience, both individual and group, combined with proven program management experience and knowledge of health governance, systems and continuous improvement. Resilience and an ability to work effectively in an environment of considerable change is highly desirable.
This role may be assumed on a 5 days a week basis or a 4 day a week basis (pro-rata).
