The Position
Our client is expanding their clinical services through the creation of a new operating model for the delivery of safe and high-quality care outcomes.
The Clinical Services Manager will report to the Head of Clinical Care and will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the delivery of healthcare services for vulnerable communities. This position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs, including but not limited to Health Promotion, Vaccination Program, Pharmaceuticals management, IPC and Communicable Disease management, ensuring they adhere to Australia’s public health standards and meet the unique healthcare needs. An understanding and respect for cultural differences and the ability to provide appropriate care is essential.
To be considered for this role, it is mandatory that you hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare management, public health, or a related field, along with current AHPRA registration. Experience in managing clinical programs and leading a multidisciplinary team of doctors, allied health professionals, and nurses, preferably in a healthcare setting, is essential. Experience in environments such as emergency services, defence, clinical program management, health insurance, or medical assistance organisations is also highly desirable
With strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve, the incumbent will be curious, driven and passionate about the improvement of clinical outcomes and delivery of safe and high-quality care.
