The Position
Lead Council’s change management strategy and influence people to adopt new ways of working to support transformation priorities and shift the organisation from Good to Great. Draw from your mastery and experience in change management and organisational leadership to support the newly to be appointed Executive Manager Transformation to deliver Council’s ambitious change expectations.
This position reports to the Manager People & Culture and, as part of the P&C leadership team, is part of the overall successful performance of the team. Your delivery of change management will be enhanced by leading two organisational development professionals responsible for learning and development, reward and recognition, performance development, leadership development and workforce planning initiatives across Council.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience successfully developing, influencing and implementing organisational strategy in large complex organisations, preferably in the field of change management, organisational development, or both.
As a continuous learner you will have gained tertiary qualifications in organisational development, change management or a related discipline, and show a commitment to your own professional development.
