Commercial and Marketing Director

The Position

Reporting to the CEO, who has commenced this year, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of reinvigorating the organisation. This role will drive growth and diversity of revenue building on a sustainable cost base, to fulfil the core purpose and leverage the full power of CHOICE,

Leading a team of 19 through four direct reports: Marketing & Audience, Membership Marketing, Member Engagement and Business Development and working closely with the CEO and the broader executive leadership team. This newly created role will be based in Sydney.

The successful candidate will bring significant executive-level experience in marketing, commercial and business development functions and a proven track record including 8+ years of experience leading sales, fundraising or revenue growth and exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

Accountability and strong values alignment are a given, as are tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
