Our client delivers wide-ranging human service delivery programs across Northern Victoria and Southern New South Wales. This position supports the delivery of community services and strengthening activities to support the social challenges faced by clients within the geographic area they serve.
As a member of the leadership team, this opportunity maintains strategic and operational oversight and leadership over the Community and Wellbeing program area. If you enjoy engaging with stakeholders, building capability of staff, this opportunity offers direct line management of relevant Service Managers and oversight of the program’s workforce, strengthening communities through needs analysis, continuous improvement activities and developing and promoting new initiatives.
The successful candidate will be experienced in leading growth and change in complex environments. A track record of delivering against robust quality frameworks, fostering innovation and new initiatives, whilst successfully managing operational risk associated with human service delivery will be required. There will be a requirement for exemplary leadership and stakeholder relationship management skills to ensure success in this position.
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent are desired. Post graduate qualifications in Business Management will be highly regarded.
Relocation support will be considered, and candidates may be eligible for rural and remote living allowance, as well as salary packaging entitlements.
