Reporting to the Senior Policy and Research Manager, the Coordinator, Equality Contact Officer will play a key role in design and delivery of equality and workplace reform by creating and monitoring central service and administration standards that reduce barriers and support the additional and peer-based pathway. The Coordinator will also play a key role in identifying and reducing risks of workplace harm, to support efforts to prevent workplace harm before it occurs.
This role requires exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, including building effective frameworks for Contact Officer support including connection to counselling and debriefing services. There is a focus on maintaining relationships across the division to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve Equality and Workplace Reform goals and objectives.
