The Coordinator will also play a key role in identifying and reducing risks of workplace harm, to support efforts to prevent workplace harm before it occurs.
This role requires exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, including building effective frameworks for Contact Officer support including connection to counselling and debriefing services.
