The Position

The Customer Experience Manager will work closely with the Customer & Transformation team members and the broader organisation to envision, build and lead strategic delivery of a great customer experience, culture, and capability across all customer channels.

Reporting to the Manager, Customer and Transformation, this role will lead the development, delivery and redesign of customer-centric services and processes; measure and analyse effectiveness in delivering services; and establish a formal customer experience improvement program to improve customer outcomes, including satisfaction results.

We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in successfully implementing customer experience improvement strategies and programs, and the proven ability to lead a complex customer support and experience function.  The ideal candidate will bring sound financial and project management skills, strong people leadership experience and will be energised by delivering high levels of customer service and support.  The ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a high performing team is essential.  A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
