The Position
Our client seeks to appoint an entrepreneurial individual, with strong business acumen and a track record in pitching, promoting and delivering customised executive education programs to international markets.  Developing and nurturing strategic relationships with clients and industry, the Deputy Director will consult with executives at the highest level to build scale and sustainability, while creating opportunities which support growth, engage interest and establish long term partnerships.
Reporting to the Director, Executive Education and as a hands-on second in charge, this key leadership role helps to develop and design strategic programs, including high-quality custom and open-enrolment executive programs across sectors.
With a strategic mindset, outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills and broad networks, you will be experienced in executive education, bringing ideas and enthusiasm to create and deliver dynamic and transformational programs.  The ability to drive the process from design to delivery will be essential, as will a consultative style and exceptional conceptual and analytical skills.
With a competitive remuneration package, the position will be offered as a three year fixed-term appointment.
