The Position
Ruyton Girls’ School seeks to appoint a collaborative and innovative leader to the position of Deputy Head of Senior School – Student Life. Providing innovative and collaborative leadership and a positive approach to change, the role reports to the Deputy Principal/Head of Senior School. The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day experiences of a Ruyton Senior School student, in particular co-curricular activities, outdoor and experiential immersions, and student leadership.
With a personable and engaging communication style and the ability to nurture stakeholder relationships, the successful appointee will have a strong background in promoting, growing, and leading student programs to enhance the life of a Senior School student. The appointee will have a clear vision for girls’ education and the ability to guide others while actively promoting and fostering the values that underpin Ruyton.
