The Position
With the recent announcement of Mr Adrian Camm’s appointment as Principal commencing January 2022, this has created an opportunity for a collaborative and passionate educational leader to join the school.  The Deputy will report to the Principal and plays a key role as a member of the School Executive.
The Deputy Principal will be responsible for the delivery of contemporary pedagogy and student leadership and wellbeing programs, whilst ensuring a safe, stimulating and challenging environment.  Providing leadership in strategic and operational matters, as well as enabling quality and excellence in spearheading continuous improvement and innovation are key aspects of this role.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an engaging approach and the ability to inspire trust and acceptance from a range of stakeholders. With outstanding organisational skills and a practical approach, the successful candidate will be a progressive thinker, results driven, analytical and inspirational.  Presenting with a strategic mindset, the ideal Deputy will display high energy and an adaptive personal style to engage in this dynamic and fast paced environment.
