The Position

Rossbourne School seeks to appoint a collaborative and passionate educational leader to the position of Deputy Principal.  Reporting to the Principal, this is a new position for the school that will support the management and delivery of best practice in this unique school.

The Deputy Principal will be responsible for the delivery of contemporary specialist and personalised education programs, whilst ensuring a safe, stimulating and challenging environment.  Providing leadership in strategic and operational matters, as well as enabling quality and excellence in spearheading continuous improvement and innovation are key aspects of this role.

The successful candidate will present as a highly credible and experienced educator and leader in specialist education with a visible passion for supporting student outcomes.  The appointee will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an engaging approach and the ability to inspire trust and acceptance from a broad range of stakeholders. With outstanding organisational skills and a practical approach, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong curriculum expertise to support Individual Learning Programs. The ideal Deputy will display high energy and an adaptive personal style to engage in this dynamic environment.
