The Position

St Paul’s College VMCH (Prep to Year 12) seeks to employ a dynamic and experienced special education leader into the role of Deputy Principal. This position will commence in Term 1 2023 to assist the Principal and staff to achieve the college’s vision, mission, and values.  It is an exceptional opportunity to lead best practice in a ‘teaching, learning and instructional leader’ role at the College.

The successful candidate will present as a highly accomplished and experienced special educator and is considered an established leader in special education who is committed to making a significant contribution to the continuing growth and development of Teaching and Learning at St Paul’s College.

You will work closely with the Principal as a strategic and thoughtful contributor to College projects and initiatives. You will require extensive knowledge and passion for supporting student outcomes and building the capacity of the teachers, learning support officers along with the allied health professionals on staff.
