Woodleigh School seeks to appoint an exceptional and inspirational leader to the position of Head of Campus for its Senior Campus. The Head of Campus will play a key role in further growing and developing the Senior Campus and will report to the newly appointed Principal, Mr David Baker who will commence in Term 2.
The Head of Campus is responsible for the educational leadership and operational management of the Senior Campus, ensuring the strategic direction of the School is maintained and objectives and policies are in alignment. The campus currently encompasses 600 students, with room to grow enrolments. The Head will drive an ongoing commitment to offering an innovative academic curriculum, including support for Woodleigh’s progress as a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme. The academic curriculum is complemented by an intentionally broad and challenging range of co-curricular studies and experiences.
The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills and a supportive and collaborative management and leadership style that nurtures, challenges and inspires students and staff. Presenting with a strategic mindset, the ideal Head will display high energy and strong influencing skills in addition to the ability to question and manage change. The appointee will actively support the School’s experiential approach to learning and display a genuine desire to engage with this progressive and thriving community.
Woodleigh School is an independent, coeducational school from Prep to Year 12 with three unique campuses, Minimbah, Penbank and Senior Campus. Woodleigh School is a place that encourages students to be adventurous and independent thinkers.
