The Position
The position of Deputy Principal Head of Truganina is a significant new role that has become available due to the appointment of Ms Teagan Collins as Associate Principal. This has created a Deputy Principal Head of Truganina, reporting to the Associate Principal, commencing in January 2024.
The Deputy Principal Head of Truganina will provide operational leadership of the campus and will contribute to the ongoing  development of pedagogical, staff and community initiatives. With the campus experiencing significant growth in enrolments, the position will play a vital part of realising the vision for the Truganina Campus and the implementation of the ambitious Masterplan.
This is a highly visible role in the school and the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an engaging approach and the ability to inspire trust and acceptance from a range of stakeholders. With outstanding organisational skills and a practical approach, the successful candidate will be results driven, analytical and inspirational. Key to success in the position will be a high energy and adaptive personal style to engage in this dynamic and fast paced environment.
