RMIT University has established a reputation for excellence in business education and applied research, providing industry responsive programs that are relevant to both students and the future needs of employers.  The University seeks to appoint an outstanding leader to the Deputy Pro-Vice Chancellor, Learning and Teaching position.
Driving high level strategic leadership in learning and teaching, the Deputy Pro Vice-Chancellor, Learning and Teaching (DPVC) is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and quality assurance of innovative program development across higher education at all locations globally.  Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President, College of Business and a part of the College of Business Executive Team, this key role works collaboratively within the College, across the University globally and with external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will bring skills in the leadership and contemporary development of learning and teaching initiatives, with experience developing innovative programs and a current knowledge of the trends and best practice in teaching and learning.  With outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage widely and foster relationships and networks, the successful candidate will be a PhD-qualified career academic, with significant professional standing in a relevant discipline.
