The Position

Working closely with the visionary founder and CEO, and reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Digital Product and Operations Manager is responsible for leading the product strategy of the Procurious platform and its day-to-day operations. This role will act as the main conduit between the team in Melbourne and developers based in Europe, so it will be imperative to operate in an agile way.

The Digital Product and Operations Manager will bring a creative and customer focussed mindset and have a successful track record of creating digital experiences that encourages member acquisition, content engagement and online purchasing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience developing and implementing a product roadmap with a strong commercial focus and digital product innovation experience, including management of the product life cycle from customer research, through to design, development, and continuous improvement.
