Federation Training seeks two outstanding candidates to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and participate as part of the Executive Management Team in driving strategic leadership in the provision of superlative educational outcomes.
The Position
This important role proactively plans and delivers improvements to educational curriculum, teacher quality and learner outcomes, providing the best possible education, training and learning experiences for all student cohorts.  With experience in the development and design of learning strategies, including e-learning and blended learning, the Director will maintain quality assurance standards and lead the educational governance arrangements for the organisation.
The ideal candidates will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and will be experienced leaders in the education sector.  These roles will be based at an agreed Gippsland campus, with travel required between campuses.
The Organisation
Federation Training is Gippsland’s local TAFE; a multi-campus facility located at Bairnsdale, Sale, Fulham, Lakes Entrance, Traralgon, Morwell, Leongatha, Yallourn, Warragul and Chadstone.  It provides a unique approach to the delivery of a range of courses.
