We build resilience in safety so that women, girls, and families can move beyond their present day. In recognition of financial abuse as a root cause of vulnerability, Good Shepherd helps women and families experiencing hardship to build their capacity to manage and control their financial wellbeing.
Reporting to the CEO, this newly created role will work as an integral member of the ELT, providing leadership of GSANZ Client Service Delivery strategy, leading Service Delivery and Clinical Governance, driving and management of the Service growth pipeline. This role will also play a key part in ensuring the client voice is surfaced and will actively contribute to our Policy and Advocacy agenda, to inform and enhance continuous improvement, learning, impact measurement. As an Australian and New Zealand Province, this role will from time to time will be involved in supporting and/or guiding the development of Client Services strategy with the New Zealand GS organisation.
If you are a strategic thinker who has proven experience in contributing to an Executive Leadership Team and operating at Board level, we want to hear from you. Tertiary qualified, you will need strong analytical skills and an ability to be innovative and solution-focused in our complex and rapidly changing external environment.  You will enjoy striking the balance between thinking creatively and having an eye for detail, whilst offering an inspiring coach approach to the talented people you’ll lead.  Working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders means excellent interpersonal, communication and representation skills are essential to be successful.
