The Position

cohealth is currently seeking to appoint a Director, Mental Health and Homelessness Responses to lead the portfolio through a time of immense change and transformation. The Director will bring expertise and vision to the portfolio, leading and inspiring a whole of organisation approach to the design and delivery of quality community mental health and homelessness services.  Contributing to the creation of and harnessing of new opportunities, the Director will lead planning and performance activities to augment the function.  Developing and building capability of the team and drawing on the wealth of data within the organisation, the Director will take people on the journey, sharing the vision, setting the strategy and direction for the future,

The successful incumbent will be a collaborative and driven senior leader who has demonstrated experience managing in complex and high-risk community health services and has designed, implemented and evaluated innovative community health service models. With a leadership style that is inspiring and engaging, the appointee will have led teams through change and influenced and built relationships across government, community and consumers.
