The Position
The Director, Corporate Services leads critical corporate functions including the key portfolios of finance, people and culture, risk, WHS, marketing, Fundraising and Partnership, information technology and facilities management. Working across the organisation, the role promotes a culture of high performance and collaboration and maintains key external relationships.
Reporting to the CEO and as a key member of the executive leadership team, the Director, Corporate Services will play a key role in leading effective systems development and process improvements to support the organisation’s rapid growth and transformation program as it delivers broad ranging services to the community.
The successful candidate will have proven experience leading similar corporate functions in complex and multifaceted environments. A track record of delivering best practice corporate service strategies focused on improving organisational outcomes will be key for success in this role.
The Director Corporate Services will demonstrate contemporary leadership, exemplary relationship management skills as well as comfort with ambiguity and complexity. Superior oral and written communication skills are mandatory and tertiary qualifications in business or organisational change, are highly desirable.
