Reporting into the Executive Director, Customer experience, this role will be a core part of the executive team who strategically drive the overall customer experience journey for Solar Victoria’s Solar Homes program.
The Director Customer Experience Delivery will be responsible for the management of the customer services team who are the point of contact for all Solar Homes participants – consumers, retailers and installers. Key is the ability to build a culture of high performance with a customer centric approach to deliver excellence in customer engagement.
We are seeking a proven leader in customer services who has a pragmatic approach and shows resilience in high pressure, sensitive environments to deliver innovative customer solutions and outcomes. The successful candidate will have sound judgment and problem-solving skills, a high level of emotional intelligence with the ability to respectfully challenge the status quo. An understanding of program planning and managing complex workflows and processes is expected. A relevant tertiary qualification is highly regarded.
This role is a 2-year fixed term contract, based in Melbourne with frequent travel to Morwell.
In an Australian first, the newly established Solar Victoria will deliver solar panels to 700,000 homes over the next 10 years.
This exciting, $1.34 billion program will also see solar hot water installed in 60,000 Victorian households and batteries to 10,000.
Solar Victoria has offices in Melbourne and Morwell.
