The position

The Director Customer Experience will be a vital member of Solar Victoria’s executive team, leading the management and end-to-end delivery of customer operations for this exciting new initiative. The position is an influential, strategic role that will drive continuous improvement through customer data, insights and feedback.

Reporting to the CEO of Solar Victoria, the Director Customer Experience will develop and implement a world class customer engagement and experience framework, manage service providers’ performance and play a pivotal role in leading a customer-centric culture that is both responsive and proactive.

You will be passionate about service excellence with a demonstrated track record in setting the customer agenda and creating a customer focussed workforce. As an experienced leader you will inspire with a vision that generates enthusiasm and commitment and delivers the behaviours that optimise customer and service outcomes. Relevant qualifications are essential.

The organisation

In an Australian first, the newly established Solar Victoria will deliver solar panels to 700,000 homes over the next 10 years.

This exciting, $1.34 billion program will also see solar hot water installed in 60,000 Victorian households and batteries to 10,000.

Solar Victoria will be based in Morwell with a Melbourne office presence.
