The Position
The Director Customer Insights and Improvements will be integral to driving the creation of insights and analytics based on data that inform the strategic approach to best practice and continuous improvement in the customer experience journey. Following the conception of these initiatives, this role will be accountable for the delivery.
Reporting to the Executive Director Customer Experience, you will lead a developing team that is data driven and improvement focussed. A strong people manager, the successful candidate will have an innovative and agile approach to data and analytics and the creation of detailed, complex reports which will be embedded into the team culture.
Key to success is the ability to create captivating and engaging insights that ensure decision making and improvement initiatives are supported by data, analytics and insight. An excellent ability to methodically analyse complex scenarios and draw pertinent conclusions as well as delivery of initiatives created from the conclusions is required. The ideal candidate will have operated in a similar role focussed on customer experience, quality and efficiency in a collaborative team setting. A relevant tertiary qualification is highly regarded.
This role is a 2-year fixed term contract, based in Melbourne with the expectation of regular travel to Morwell.
The Organisation
In an Australian first, the newly established Solar Victoria will deliver solar panels to 700,000 homes over the next 10 years.
This exciting, $1.34 billion program will also see solar hot water installed in 60,000 Victorian households and batteries to 10,000.
Solar Victoria has offices in Melbourne and Morwell.
This is a rare opportunity to work in a new regionally based agency to deliver a key government program that will drive down energy costs, boost the solar industry and reduce emissions across Victorians.
