The Position

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director Digital Strategy and Data Governance role is an inaugural appointment and member of the Windermere Executive Group. This newly created role builds on the strong consumer centricity of Windermere in order to build and deliver Windermere’s digital and data governance strategy and enterprise ICT investment and uplift.

The position will bring together the design, delivery and management, and uplift of ICT services.  Working with internal and external stakeholders and managing a dedicated and existing ICT team, the role will ensure effective systems and processes are enhanced through a future focussed digital strategy and roadmap.

To be successful in the role, it will be integral for you to demonstrate a strong alignment to Windermere’s Purpose and Values, coupled with extensive experience leading technology-based teams.  We are seeking an energetic leader with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve outstanding results. You will need an innovative and solution-oriented approach, superior communication and negotiation skills, and the capacity to drive and implement change. Demonstrating a high level of self-awareness, commitment to collaboration and professionalism, as a dynamic leader who thrives on challenges and new opportunities you will be required to contribute at all levels of the organisation. A relevant tertiary qualification and ICT experience required.
