Reporting to the CHRO and leading a team of 60, this key role offers the opportunity to drive strategic and operational outcomes across four HR Centres of Expertise: Payroll; Workforce Analytics; HR Business Support; and Access HR.
With a commitment to operational excellence and outstanding leadership skills, you will use your conceptual and analytical ability to deliver innovative solutions to current and future business priorities. Experience leading a complex payroll function and demonstrated knowledge of strategic workforce analytics will be essential, as will excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
