This dynamic, customer and community led organisation seeks a Director Infrastructure & Assets to focus on delivering world class infrastructure projects on time and within budget.  This role will assume responsibility for the Master Planning across multiple sites based on changing community demographics and legislation requirements whilst determining future land requirements.
Reporting to the CEO and managing a committed and talented team, the Director will collaborate cross-functionally to lead key organisational projects and development initiatives, with a view to establishing a PMO and embed a culture of well run and well delivered projects.  Developing and managing relationships with local community organisations, government departments and agencies, and other external organisations will be essential to ongoing successful infrastructure improvements.
The successful candidate will be experienced in the establishment and operation of a PMO, with strong prior knowledge and experience in Master Planning.  With professional experience in managing a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, the ideal candidate may present with a background in organisations including, but not limited to, construction, universities, independent schools, hospitals, airports and other organisations with a strong commercial focus.  Presenting with a clear commercial orientation the appointee will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills and will present with outstanding team leadership skills.
