Trinity Grammar School, Kew (TGS) is seeking to appoint an inspirational and contemporary leader to the position of Director of Business to join the School Leadership Team and take on the responsibilities of Secretary to the School Council.
Reporting to the Headmaster, the Director is responsible for the strategic development and operation of TGS. The Director is accountable for executing systems, processes and policies in all business support areas including; Finance and Administration, ICT, Property and Facilities, Risk and Compliance, Contractor Management and Educational Support.
The ideal candidate will be a strong, visionary leader with demonstrated experience developing and executing complex management and planning initiatives and transformational change within an organisation. Displaying an innovative and empowering approach, the appointee will possess sound financial analysis skills combined with strong operational and project management capability. Presenting with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will display high energy and a hands-on approach. The new Director will have proven experience managing budgets and will display a high level of digital literacy. The ability to design and implement responsive change management strategies will be essential. Tertiary qualifications in a business related area will be highly regarded.  A current Working with Children Check is essential.
