The Position
Melbourne Polytechnic seeks a dynamic leader to partner with key stakeholders to conceptualise and deliver a multi-channel, integrated marketing strategy across B2B, B2C and B2G channels.  Reporting to the Executive Director, People, Culture and Corporate Services, the Director of Marketing will build on existing brand awareness to deliver end-to-end campaigns for student attraction and retention and will lead a high performing marketing team through transformation, positioning the organisation for ongoing growth and success.
With a track record in the development and implementation of digital strategies across social media platforms, SEO and SEM, the Director will be proficient in leveraging data and CRM insights, while championing and actively promoting a customer-centric and metrics-focussed ROI culture.
With a relevant postgraduate qualification, the Director will bring extensive marketing management experience, with a proven track record in driving enterprise-wide transformation.  Strategically minded and results-oriented, the appointee will have a track record in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that maximise return on investment and support growth.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be essential to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders and lead a passionate team to deliver shared outcomes.  Strong business acumen and experience in the development and management of planning and budgets will be prerequisite.
This role will be offered on an initial 12-month contract.
