The Position

John XXIII College, Perth, is a Catholic, independent, co-educational College grounded in the Ignatian tradition, renowned for its strong academics, inclusivity and co-curricular offerings. The College now seeks to appoint a driven and inspirational school leader to the position of Director of People and Culture.

Reporting to the Principal, the Director of People and Culture is responsible for the development, coordination and administration of people and culture related strategies, programs, activities, policies and procedures in support of the College’s vision and values.

The successful appointee will be a People and Culture expert who excels in strategic planning. Outstanding stakeholder management and engagement skills will be essential to build a successful working relationship with the Principal, while also considering and supporting the diverse needs of stakeholders across the College community. Knowledge and understanding of an educational environment is highly desirable, however the College is open to strong transferrable skills from other sectors.

Since 1977, John XXIII College has offered a co-educational learning environment where all students are appropriately supported and challenged intellectually, socially, physically and spiritually. John XXIII College is home to over 1,580 students and over 200 staff.
